Who or What is the NWEC ?
Based in Penguin, Tasmania, The mission of the North-West Environment Centre is to inspire a new perspective on our relationship with the environment and each other so that we may all act to create a socially harmonious and ecologically sustainable future. www.nwec.org.au
What is RESEED ?
RESEED is an ex school property in Penguin owned by a self managed superannuation scheme. RESEED Trust members purchased the property because they want their super to rebuild community strength rather than have it invested in unsustainable and damaging enterprises. RESEED stands for Renewable Energy, Sustainability, Education and Ecologically sustainable Development.
